Call Us and find out what we can do for you. A California-licensed real estate professional Nick Alameddin is president of Premiere Homes, which specializes in marketing upscale coastal residences in San Diego’s North County. Beginning his career in 1989 in the real estate finance arena, Nick rapidly developed his expertise in mortgage banking, business development, real estate sales and contract negotiations. Because of his strongly held belief in the American dream of home ownership, Nick is especially passionate about educating and mentoring first-time home buyers so that they are able to get the best deal on the home that they choose. After graduating from the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a BS in business administration, Nick headed west, ultimately settling in San Diego, where he has lived and practiced real estate since 1992. His wife is a software engineer. Nick has two daughters; the older is working full time, and the younger is in college majoring in journalism. Outside his work, Nick enjoys international travel, camping and hiking, and playing his didgeridoo, an ancient Australian aboriginal instrument. Nick uses the circular breathing technique required for mastering the didgeridoo to help him remain relaxed not only during intense sales negotiations but also whenever he remembers that he is a Buffalo Bills fan. In addition Nick enjoys listening to both reggae bands and music by Sting. Nick is a member of Del Mar Toastmasters, National association of Realtors as well as the California association of Realtors and the San Diego association of Realtors.
